Dr. Esmaeil Garivani, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon, is now Director of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences Office of International Affairs. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the Persian website of International Affairs and the English website of the university

  2. Providing advice on the internationalization of the university in the fields of treatment, education, research and technology

  3. Assisting in the implementation of international programs in various fields of the university

  4. Carrying out international correspondence of the university

  5. Verification of documents of graduates, staff and faculty members of the university for submission to universities and other institutions abroad

  6. Receiving and reviewing the files of non-Iranian applicants for study at the university

  7. Carrying out translations required by the university

  8. Planning and coordinating visits of foreign guests to the university

  9. Preparing international contracts and memorandums of understanding of the university

According to the latest ranking web of universities published by webometrics data center in Spain in 2017, North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences with rank of 7739 has showed 2384 steps progress in compare to the last year

According to the latest ranking web of universities published by webometrics data center in Spain in 2017, North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences with rank of 7739 has showed 2384 steps progress in compare to the last year. Webometrics ranking is based on amount of link which directed to university's official website, number of indexed page of university in Google, number of citations on articles which published by the ten must cited researchers in university, and amount of cited journals in Scopus data base. NKUMS showed 19 levels of progress among other Iranian university and higher education centers that participated in this ranking as well.  

This progress has achieved by the effort done by NKUMS webometrics committee members who work hard for improving the rank of NKUMS
