General Office of the Chancellor is where correspondences are received, read and sent. It also coordinates departments of chancellery with each other, arranges meetings with chancellor and deals with the individuals.

Advisor and Dean of the Office of Chancellor

Duties

  • Fulfilling administrative tasks of the chancellor related to the national and international relations

  • Receiving correspondences of the university departments and issuance of official instructions of the chancellor to the university departments, institutions and organizations

  • Coordination of public meetings of chancellor

  • Coordination of routine office tasks

  • Planning for the annual and daily meeting of chancellor

  • Facilitating Coordination among university affiliated departments and vice-chancelleries

  • Holding different meetings and seminars such as: meetings of Board of Trustees, University Council, directors, …

  • Planning the visits of chancellor to the hospitals, schools and other university affiliated centers across the province

  • Referring the received letters to the related department and preparing replies

  • Planning for follow-up, guiding and solving the problems of public who seek for help and support
