Apply to North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences

Non-Iranian applicants interested in studying at North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences must fill out the application form completely and email it along with the required documents (also listed at the end of the form) to the university’s International Affairs Office at:

Required Documents

**Please make sure to attach clear scanned copies of the following documents along with your completed application form:

1. High school diploma

2. Pre-university certificate

3. Valid Passport or Refugee ID card

4. A personal photo (passport-size)

5. Letter of intent (Application Letter)

6. Certificate of Persian language proficiency *(not required if Persian is your native language)*

7. CV/Resume (optional but recommended for Master and Ph.D. applicants)

8. Recommendation Letter and Research Proposal Abstract (for Ph.D. and Specialty Candidates)

9. Proof of financial support or scholarship award letter

Once your email is received, the application process will proceed according to the internal admission workflow handled by the International Affairs Office.
