Registration Notice for International Students Who Have Studied Outside Iran

A. Registration in SAORG System

All international applicants who have received initial admission must register on the SAORG system, as required by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology of Iran.

Steps to register on SAORG:

1. Visit the official website: [http://www.saorg.ir](http://www.saorg.ir)

2. Complete the required personal and academic information

3. Receive your tracking code

4. Submit the tracking code to the consular affairs representative at NKUMS for university confirmation

B. Documents Required for Final University Enrollment (After Initial Admission & SAORG Approval)

All documents must be emailed to: consular@nkums.ac.ir  

For Undergraduate Applicants:

1. Original high school diploma (with applicant photo, original stamp, and signature)

2. Original transcript of records for high school (with photo, original stamp, and signature)

3. Verification of diploma and transcript from:

• Embassy of Iran in the applicant’s country
• OR certified by international schools in Iran

4. Passport (minimum 6 months’ validity)

5. Recent portrait photo

For Postgraduate Applicants:

Email to: consular@nkums.ac.ir

1. Original degrees and transcripts of the last two completed academic levels (with photo, official stamp, and signature)

2. Educational verification of both degrees

3. Recent portrait photo

4. Passport (minimum 6 months’ validity)

All postgraduate academic documents must also be:

• Verified by the Ministry of Science in the applicant’s home country
• Verified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in that country
• Confirmed by the Iranian Embassy in that country

C. Documents Required for Student Visa Issuance

1. Scan of personal photo

   Photo standards:

   * Format: JPG or JPEG

   * File size: 15 KB to 555 KB

   * Vertical layout (height > width)

   * Minimum resolution: 450×600 pixels

   * Taken within the last 6 months

2. Scan of passport's first page

   Passport scan standards:

   * Format: JPG or JPEG

   * File size: 15 KB to 555 KB

   * Horizontal layout (width > height)

   * Minimum resolution: 600×450 pixels

   * Only include the photo/info page

3. Completed Student Visa Application Form
