The first steps towards cooperation with universities of 57 Islamic countries were taken, Holding the first training course for Ghalib University faculty members
NKUMS Chancellor said: To implement the MoU between Ghalib and NKUMS and in order to attract students and foster collaborations, the first short training course titled “Research Methods in Medicine & Health Sciences” was held for dentistry and medicine faculty members of Ghalib University.
On June 21st, 2023 Dr. Shahinfar said: NKUMS has planned to hold several short courses in different fields of health sciences such as research methods, midwifery, obstetrics and gynecology, advanced technologies, and dentistry which aims at increasing scientific knowledge of Afghanistan faculty members and students.
Pointing out that a number of these courses are income-generating, Dr. Shahinfar expressed: NKUMS has numerous potentials in international area, and we are putting them into action and the first steps were taken using the capacities of the university “virtual and electronic education center”.
Pointing at arrangements for “The 1st International Congress on Sustainable Population and Secure Future” which is planned to be held by NKUMS in November of 2023, Dr. Shahinfar expressed: Getting involved in international activities and using all the capacities to strengthen health diplomacy, are two basic strategies of NKUMS to be among leading universities of the country.
