Dr. Esmaeil Garivani, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon, is now Director of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences Office of International Affairs. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the Persian website of International Affairs and the English website of the university

  2. Providing advice on the internationalization of the university in the fields of treatment, education, research and technology

  3. Assisting in the implementation of international programs in various fields of the university

  4. Carrying out international correspondence of the university

  5. Verification of documents of graduates, staff and faculty members of the university for submission to universities and other institutions abroad

  6. Receiving and reviewing the files of non-Iranian applicants for study at the university

  7. Carrying out translations required by the university

  8. Planning and coordinating visits of foreign guests to the university

  9. Preparing international contracts and memorandums of understanding of the university

NKUMS Holds the First Idea to Wealth International Festival

The 1st Idea to Wealth International Festival (the 2nd National Festival) is held in September-October 2026 by North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences.

Dr. Garivani, NKUMS Director of International Affairs expressed that International students can participate in this festival for free. He also added that in case articles submitted by international students wins the 1st to 3rd place in the festival, the student can participate in one of the International short courses held by NKUMS for free or with a discount
