Dr. Esmaeil Garivani, M.D., Orthopedic Surgeon, is now Director of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences Office of International Affairs. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the Persian website of International Affairs and the English website of the university

  2. Providing advice on the internationalization of the university in the fields of treatment, education, research and technology

  3. Assisting in the implementation of international programs in various fields of the university

  4. Carrying out international correspondence of the university

  5. Verification of documents of graduates, staff and faculty members of the university for submission to universities and other institutions abroad

  6. Receiving and reviewing the files of non-Iranian applicants for study at the university

  7. Carrying out translations required by the university

  8. Planning and coordinating visits of foreign guests to the university

  9. Preparing international contracts and memorandums of understanding of the university

NKUMS Held the 1st Online Short-Course for Kardan Institute.

NKUMS Director of Public Relations & International Affairs said: Following the MoU signed between NKUSM and Kardan Sharq Institute of Health Sciences of Afghanistan, the first training course was held for the faculty members of this institute.

Ali Sanaei said: According to the feedbacks the first course held for Kardan Institute was well received by the participants; more than 150 participants virtually attended the short-course titled “diagnosis and treatment of common infections in women” which was organized by NKUMS in coordination with NKUMS Virtual and Electronic Education Center.

 

Sanaei added that Dr. Farzaneh Rashidi, faculty member of the department of midwifery was the instructor of the course.

 

Sanai expressed: short-term courses, taught by professors and faculty members of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences in different topics including teaching research methods in medical sciences, midwifery, gynecology and obstetrics, modern technologies, dentistry, etc. are planned for the empowerment and scientific promotion of professors and students of Afghan universities.

 

NKUMS has also held three short-courses for Ghalib University so far.
