How to Submit a Meeting
You can request a meeting by phone call, correspondence or in-person. You can also fill in the on-line form available on the website. Your request will be registered in the secretariat and will be referred to the related department after being reviewed by the Office of Chancellor. Chancellor will finally leave his comment according to the opinions of experts . A meeting will be scheduled for the applicant and will be informed to him/her.
