Simply Public Relations is dealing with public through subjects, materials and news which are of common interest of both organization and public.

Office of Public Relations and International Affairs of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences acts as a bridge between the university and its audience including students, patients, academic members, researchers, physicians, individuals, etc., and aims at developing a close and direct relation between them.
