The best payment system in the healthcare area for the hospital staff is performance based payment.

Stating this issue, the university chancellor continued that a kind of balance has appeared in the payments to the hospital staff in different levels and the managers due to this plan, Web Da reported.

Dr. Ibrahim Golmakani explained that the payment of the hospital staff salaries would be based on their performances affected by several factors such as patient satisfaction, working time, and hardship pay.

Referring to the fact that there appeared some dissatisfactions and problems once this plan was employed in some states, he added that the university has intermittently evaluated the per-case payment method within 15 sessions. Fortunately, this plan is perfectly ongoing in the state; and a supervisory team by the treatment deputy department is in charge for supervision and investigation.
