Duties
- Receiving food samples from related offices such as office of supervision on food and hygiene products and health centers
- Running food test experiments according to the standards and submitting the food safety report
- Training the laboratory technical assistants and assuring quality of food production companies
- Inspection of laboratories of manufacturing units and recognized counterpart
- Suggesting and implementing related applied research projects
- Participating in specialized seminars and educational workshop
- Establishing and running quality management system in the laboratory
- Executing yearly action plan announced by the Ministry
