Duties

  1. Receiving food samples from related offices such as office of supervision on food and hygiene products and health centers
  2. Running food test experiments according to the standards and submitting the food safety report
  3. Training the laboratory technical assistants and assuring quality of food production companies
  4. Inspection of laboratories of manufacturing units and recognized counterpart
  5. Suggesting and implementing related applied research projects
  6. Participating in specialized seminars and educational workshop
  7. Establishing and running quality management system in the laboratory
  8. Executing yearly action plan announced by the Ministry
